Bringing peace & comfort to a luxurious setting, we are nestled in the jungle, surrounded by active wildlife on a cul-de-sac with lovely neighbours. A few minutes drive to beaches, restaurants, the national park, the marina & cute downtown. Below the penthouse is another floor with 2 studio apartments.

Crafted wood cathedral ceiling, open concept living and kitchen area. Sliding glass doors opening out to the private pool and patio and expansive veranda with hammock, crafted wood dining table and seating for 6-8. Comfortable lounge seating. Parking for one car.

2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One king and one queen bed. There is a queen-size sofa bed in the living room.

House Rules

1. Please, No paper of any kind in the toilet please. Ours is a septic system and can’t handle toilet paper or sanitary products. 2. Turn off AC whenever you leave. 3. Please leave the ceiling fans on always, it helps defeat humidity. 4. No smoking inside or on the veranda, and please no butts into the garden. 5. White towels are for use in the bathroom. Coloured towels are for the beach. DO NOT USE TOWELS to remove makeup. Lost or destroyed towels will be charged at $25 each. 6. WiFI: Windsong Password: windsong2023 7. No unregistered guests. This is a safety issue. Only registered guests may enter the property. 8. No food or eating on the furniture or in the beds, please. 9. Please rinse after the beach. There is a faucet at the bottom of the exterior stairs to clean sand off your feet & legs. 10. No Wet Clothes on Furniture or Railings. Damage will be billed. 11. Please keep noise/music down after 9pm. We have neighbours, sound travels. 12. Never Feed the Wild Animals. You will ruin them. 13. Always Lock Up whenever you leave. 14. Please use the plastic cups around the pool, no glass.

We are a cul-de-sac with lovely neighbours set in a small valley in the jungle. 5 minute drive down to Quepos and up to Manuel Antonio.

Guest Access

Find us

Our town is elevated, offering the beautiful ocean views. Walking from our house is good for the fit. Otherwise we have a great local bus that runs on the road (7kms) between Quepos and the park all day every 15 minutes until 6pm when it then runs every 30 minutes until 9pm. The bus stops for either direction are less than 5 minutes walk away.
